1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it takes an average of 1-3 business days to process your order and 6-8 business days before your order is delivered, provided you have ordered before 5:00 PM. If these days have passed, please contact our customer service.
2. Where can I find my tracking code?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Tracking code. Also check your spam, sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take a while before your tracking link becomes active.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and text notification containing detailed order information. You can conveniently track your shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

4. I am not satisfied with my package
Please visit our Return & Refund page to return your package.
